Refund Policy - the basics

30-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our cable and internet installation services. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the installation date.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of service completion.

  • The issue must be reported to our support team, and we will attempt to resolve it first.

  • Refunds apply only to installation/service fees (not third-party equipment or subscription charges, if applicable).

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The problem is caused by external factors (e.g., network outages from service providers, customer-owned equipment issues, or damage after installation).

  • The service has been significantly used or altered after installation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
